A golf day is a logistics exercise disguised as a social event. Field sizes shift in the final week, sponsors want visibility they were promised months earlier, suppliers need chasing, and someone has to actually run registration while the host is greeting guests. That's the work we take off your desk — and the reason our clients rebook rather than run it in-house a second time.

What we manage

Pricing and how costs work

Full corporate golf day management starts from R30,000. That fee covers our time, planning, coordination, staffing and on-site execution. Third-party costs — catering, prizes, branded clothing and venue hire — are quoted separately at cost plus a 15% coordination fee, and you always see a full breakdown before you confirm anything. Larger tournament-scale events are quoted individually.

Venues we work with

We've delivered golf days at courses across Pretoria and Gauteng including Silver Lakes, Zwartkop, Centurion Country Club, Waterkloof and Heron Banks, and we can advise on the right venue for your field size and budget. We recommend booking four to eight weeks ahead for a fully managed day — popular Fridays, month-ends and year-end dates go early.

Most of our golf days include an on-course activation. The most popular is golf simulator hire at registration, delivered as a mobile golf simulator rental to the clubhouse. For evening events, add a night golf activation.
