Space and power requirements

We need a minimum footprint of 3m wide × 3m deep × 2.8m high and a standard wall plug. Function rooms, showrooms, boardroom foyers, marquees, warehouses and covered patios all work. If you're unsure whether your venue fits, send us a photo and a rough ceiling height and we'll confirm before you commit.

Typical mobile rental bookings

Half-day and full-day rentals are the most common — a 2.5-hour block for registration and warm-up at a golf day, a 4.5-hour block for an evening function, or a full day for an expo stand, dealership launch or team-building event. Multi-day bookings and recurring monthly activations are also available; ask for a rate when you enquire.

Yes — that's the whole point of a mobile golf simulator rental. We deliver, install and run the simulator at your location anywhere in Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Hartbeespoort or Johannesburg. Offices, function halls, dealership showrooms and marquees all work.

There is no travel surcharge within 60km of Pretoria CBD, which covers most of Gauteng including Centurion, Midrand, Sandton and Johannesburg. Beyond that radius a travel fee may apply, and we quote it up front so it never appears as a surprise on the invoice.

We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your guests and handle the full installation. Breakdown after the event is also ours — you don't lift or move anything. Your booked hours are guest-facing time, not setup time.

Mobile golf simulator rental starts at R4,000 for 2.5 hours, R5,500 for 4.5 hours and R9,500 for a full day. Delivery, setup, staffing, breakdown and branding are all included. Multi-day and recurring bookings are quoted on request.

Yes, provided the area is covered and level — a marquee, covered patio or gazebo works well. The screen and launch monitor need shelter from rain and direct wind. Fully open outdoor areas are better suited to our night golf activation.
